If possible, you could try using the walk-through-walls cheat to get around her. But from previous comments, it seems FireRed cheats don't work in this hack. The final option might be to 'hack' the rom yourself. That is, open the rom with something like Advance Map and remove the trainer altogether. Before try anything of this, I would recommend asking on Pokecommunity first in case the creator or someone else has a solution.
